I don't really know what I am doing here other than the fact that I am highly pissed off at the fact that my school has decided that DeviantArt needs a global block. I am pretty furious about that and if I seem, well, bitter, about the whole thing, then sorry. I don't want to come off as mean or hateful, but I really don't care... I just need some place to put up my art until they actually read the e-mails I have been sending them every hour to give me access back...
I rather like my account, ShadowBee (shameless plug I know), and don't want to lose everything I have put up there over the years I have been there and it will be a pain to move everything... *sigh*
Until then, I had better figure out how all this stuff works...
Likes: Yaoi, Yuri, Strawberries, and listening to music.
Dislikes: Assumptions, Hentai, Citrus, and Cheerleaders.
About Me: summer missionary, VBS worker, VBS teacher, loves to draw, stagecrew guru, athelete, anime otaku, gamer, head-banging moshing girl who loves metal chains just a little bit too much and also a bookworm. Does that cover everything?
This place works easier than deviant art...everything is more where you'd want it to be, rather than where somebody else thinks it should...plus we don't have any bizare copyright policy!
Of course, you could get the internet at home so that you wouldn't need to worry about them blocking dA - but you're 19 you shouldn't you be a university?
WELL... I got to a Christian university. They do tend to block things. I am very pissed about it. And I'm going to try to adjust to this... I just think it will take some time... Ughn...
5 grand scholarship is the difference. That and we have just about any major you want to go into here. :/ Personally, I am Theatre Arts: Production. My roommates are Med majors, and a friend of mine is even an Aviation major. More or less Falwell had this dream of having a Christian-based university that would be just as good as any uni out there, except that the Word of God would also be present in all that we do. The old man was a funny guy and all, but even I think that's gonna be hard to do.
Not all research is written; half the time it's a case of phoning people up and asking them for a location or a contact address. Fun, Fun Fun..... -cries-
